We are excited to announce that three Heritage Communities recently received prestigious awards from the National Research Corporation: Heritage Pointe in Omaha, The Heritage at Fox Run in Council Bluffs, and The Heritage at College View in Hastings, NE. Each community received the Excellence in Action award from My InnerView by National Research Corporation. This honor recognizes post-acute care facilities that achieve overall employee satisfaction scores within the top 10 percent of the My InnerView product database. The database is the largest source of long-term care and senior living satisfaction metrics in the nation.
Heritage Pointe and The Heritage at Fox Run received the Workforce Satisfaction award for 2016, while The Heritage at College View received the Customer Satisfaction award for 2016.
These organizations have set the bar for other providers with their performance and continued focus on customer and employee experience, said Rich Kortum, Director of Strategic Partnerships at NRC. This is a wonderful achievement, and we're pleased to honor these top rated organizations with the Excellence in Action Award.
To qualify for the award, nursing homes and assisted or independent living communities need to have completed a workforce satisfaction survey in 2015. Winners must have also received a minimum of a 30 percent response rate. Their overall responses must have scored the organization in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities on the question What is your recommendation of this facility to others? or What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work? In terms of the percentage of employee respondents rating the facility as excellent.
Heritage Pointe has been a part of the Omaha community for 9 years, offering assisted living and memory care. The Heritage at Fox Run opened 12 years ago, and offers assisted living services, while The Heritage at College View has been open for 11 years offering both assisted living and memory support options.
