Surprise & Delight is the name of Heritage Communities’ exclusive customer service program. Its focus is spending extra time with our residents to get to know them on a personal level, and doing something above and beyond in a way that shows them we care. Each October, all of the Surprise & Delight winners from across the company get together to celebrate the all the wonderful ways associates are making an impact in our residents’ lives. This year’s theme was
“Customer Service Lessons We Can Learn From Game Shows” – complete with several rounds of our own version of Family Feud. You can read the monthly winners’ stories on our website, towards the bottom of each community page.
