Whether you or your loved one needs care for as little as two weeks or up to three months, our flexible service, available at a daily rate, ensures seniors receive the care and support they deserve, tailored to meet their unique needs.

At Heritage Pointe, we strive to create a home away from home for your loved one. Whether they’re visiting for a couple of weeks or an extended stay, our team at Heritage Pointe will ensure a comfortable and homelike living environment. Our personalized care services include:
- Certified and attentive care team on-site 24/7
- Medication management and supervision
- Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, showering, and grooming
- Off-site transportation equipped with a chairlift as needed
- Personal safety pendant call system for 24-hour assistance
- Weekly whirlpool bath as desired
Community Services and Amenities
During your loved one’s stay, they’ll enjoy the same amenities as our full-time residents, from three delicious meals daily in our cozy dining room to leisure time in our quaint and beautiful courtyard with mature trees, a flower garden, and vegetable plants. They can join in on trips, activities, events, and on-site religious services and have access to housekeeping and laundry services.
