We offer a combination of physically engaging and cognitively stimulating exercises at Orchard Pointe at Surprise that give you or your loved one something to look forward to throughout every day. One of our most popular activities is called “music, movement, and memory,” which keeps everyone sharp and enthused. We also have movie matinees, bingo, card games, ice cream socials, live entertainment twice a week, and interesting roundtable discussions with local professors and professionals. We love incorporating your ideas for things to do, so the possibilities are endless!

Our Surprise senior living community is situated in the heart of town in The Orchards neighborhood, right near Surprise Stadium. We’re just a couple of quick turns off Bell Road, embedded in the residential area’s luscious green golf courses and beautiful ponds, including one right in our backyard! Make sure to look out for the region’s diverse wildlife as well, such as quail and other species of birds.

Since Orchard Pointe at Surprise is located quietly off Bell Road, we’re within easy reach of many local businesses, restaurants, and other attractions. These include essential stores like Fry’s and Target, where you can pick up your loved one’s favorite snacks and treats, along with the Surprise Medical Plaza and Banner Health Del E. Webb campus. We have regularly scheduled trips about town on our schedule, too, allowing you to handle any errands or doctor’s visits with ease!


Baseball enthusiasts will love living at our senior living community in Surprise, as we’re directly next to the spring training facility for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. February and March are busy times of year around here, with star players and rookies alike becoming our temporary neighbors!
