The quality of care at The Heritage at Sterling Ridge is unmatched. Every single staff member (and resident) has been beyond kind and so welcoming. My grandmother moved here from a fancy facility in Scottsdale, AZ, and likes Heritage twice as much. In fact, she was not supposed to stay at this facility longer than a few weeks while I was on maternity leave, and she was set to go back to Scottsdale. However, she was so happy at Heritage that she told us she wanted to stay. We were thrilled and cannot thank Heritage enough for bringing her back home to Nebraska. She feels so at home here and cared for, as do I when I come to visit. It is truly the Disneyland of assisted living facilities – a dream come true! Special shoutout to Kelsey, Renee, and Logan. These are just a few of the staff that we are so thankful for – they are total assets to this facility, and my whole family just adores me. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Heritage!
The staff at Sterling Ridge have been wonderful. Kelsey was fantastic in leading us through the process. She made moving my Dad an easy experience. I also was impressed with Sarah, the Executive Director. Our family feels like a part of the community!

I have been here only for a short time, but working at The Heritage at Sterling Ridge is an exciting daily experience. I enjoy being funny and bringing a smile to a resident’s face, it brings me joy.
