Caskey Orchard: Depositors 41-60 that take financial possession within 90 days of opening will receive:

• 15 free guest meal tickets
All who deposit prior to opening will receive:
• First choice on room selections and reserved parking spaces

Deposit during your first event or meeting and your name will be entered in the “Chairy Orchard” drawing for an additional $10,000 rent credit that can be applied whenever you wish!
To qualify, a refundable deposit of $1,000 must be made and a move-in or financial possession must be taken within 30-90 days respectively after our opening date. These benefits will not be available after community opening.
