Assisted living at SageGrove at Lenexa includes support with daily activities, such as medication reminders and management, help with bathing and dressing, mobility assistance, and personal care. Weekly housekeeping, laundry services, and scheduled transportation to medical appointments and local errands are also provided. Before moving in, the health services team will interview the resident and family to learn how you define “Living Better” and then craft an individualized services and care plan to deliver that.
Residents enjoy three delicious meals each day in a home-style dining room. Menu choices can be selected in advance, whether you prefer the daily special or a favorite from our everyday menu. There are menu choices to fit different tastes and dietary needs. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and favorite family recipes can be added to the menu whenever possible.
Yes. If your loved one already has a doctor or specialist that they often see, they don’t have to worry about finding a new one at SageGrove. Our associates can assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating communication, and providing transportation as needed.
