We offer multiple levels of care, meaning your loved one will receive a one-of-a-kind wellness plan. We conduct a points-based needs assessment to understand everything they need help with and what they want to maintain autonomy over to determine which level of care is most appropriate. Our spotlight meetings involve our team of specialists who will proactively review any changes in condition and modify our treatment plan while keeping you updated.
Additionally, we have our specialized care service called Snapshots. This program is designed for seniors dealing with mild cognitive impairment who are in the middle ground between assisted living and memory care. We provide hands-on guidance and cuing along with creative activities that stimulate the mind and soul, all with the goal of boosting your loved one’s self-esteem.

The all-inclusive dining experience at Orchard Pointe at Terrazza is the lifeblood of our community. Our full-service restaurant-style dining room has massive cathedral-style windows that let in a lot of light, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends, a cup of coffee, or a book. We also have a private dining room and a pub area with ample seating and self-serve ice cream.
Assisted living residents receive regular tasty meals in our dining room and can request snacks, treats, and other fixings throughout the day. We’ll learn about your loved one’s preferred meal times and their tastes, helping to make sure there’s always something available that sounds good. Mobility, Accessibility, and Transportation
Your loved one won’t be isolated in their apartment when they live at Orchard Pointe at Terrazza. We offer mobility and accessibility services to help with everything from getting into the shower to sitting down in the car. We also have transportation services available for when your loved one needs to go to an appointment, and we schedule group trips around town to places like Walmart, Fry’s, and Michael’s.
Healthcare Services
Orchard Pointe at Terrazza provides a wide range of senior health care services in Peoria, including:
- Ordering and administering of medications, including pills, injections, drops, nasal sprays, inhalers, and oxygen
- Blood sugar checks and insulin injections
- Monitoring vitals, such as pulse rate and blood pressure
- Coordination of long-term care insurance benefits

Our assisted living apartment homes are designed to maximize comfort and accessibility. Notably, our roll-in showers are easy to get in and out of, and have a bench for safety. Each apartment features a cozy window seat that anyone can easily lounge on and enjoy the view. Residents also have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator-freezer in their homes, along with an individually controlled thermostat. Rent includes cable television, wireless high speed internet, window treatments, and primary utilities (water, electric).
