We’re here to help you or your loved ones live with freedom and autonomy while still having the support they need available to them 24/7. We offer assisted living services in Glendale with one- and two-bedroom apartments available.
Memory Care
The dedicated personal care and support your loved one deserves await them at Orchard Pointe at Glendale. We offer personalized memory care services in Glendale for individuals dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Heritage Communities
When we opened our first senior living community in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2002, our goal was to create retirement living options in the Midwest that reflected what our communities, our residents, and their family members told us they really wanted.
2022 marks our twentieth year in business and the opening of our 15th Heritage Community. We operate communities in Nebraska, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. Our communities offer a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Respite Care.
